Taking that first step towards fitness can feel overwhelming—I know, because I’ve been there. At 47, I was a lorry driver who hated the idea of stepping into a gym or even breaking a sweat. But everything changed when I joined an old-skool gym. I discovered a love for training that I never thought possible, and it completely transformed my life. From someone who dreaded exercise, I went on to smash a “Transform Your Body” competition. That journey didn’t just reshape my body; it reshaped how I approached life.

Now, I want to help you find that same transformation—whether it’s building strength, improving your fitness, or just feeling more confident in your own skin. I trained as a Level 2 and then Level 3 Personal Trainer because I wanted to guide people like you through your own unique journey. I know how daunting it can feel to start, but I also know the incredible rewards waiting on the other side.
